Rodney got his start in fitness by attended the Southern Illinois University on a tennis scholarship. Before going to college he was a tennis player and would give lessons to those looking to learn the game. He stayed active and was in good physical shape. Even after college Rodney was able to stay in shape. Rodney began to help others change their life so they can live a healthy lifestyle as well. He soon realized that there was a great need for a fitness center that would give personal attention to those that attend. They would be able to work out and get a custom plan to help them get into shape.

With this idea in mind Rodney decided to open the Genesis Health Club. He wanted to provide the best customer service and make sure that each member got plenty of attention. He followed a training model where a person can get results. They can lose weight and get into the best shape they have ever been in by following this model. People that attend this fitness center feel valued and they are pleased with the results. In a couple of months with some hard work and a full fitness plan the members are looking great.

Rodney lives with his wife and their six children. They live in the Wichita, Kansas area and operate this fitness club. People in this area are enjoying their workout as well as their fitness plan to help them get into shape and look their best.

THINKING OF JOINING A GYM? YOU MIGHT WANT TO READ THIS FIRST

There are a few things you need to find out before you join a gym. A gym can be a great place to get in a workout, even make some new friends. However, going into this choice blindly will only add to more issues later on.

1) Does the instructor know his/her stuff? Is the instructor just phoning everything in? The person who is teaching the class, he or she needs to know what they are doing. You want to get the most out of your time, right? Well, you first need to find out what sort of training the person has. It doesn't matter how many classes this person has taught in the past, if the person is bad at the job, then the class is going to be a waste of time and money.

2) Ask some of the other class members what they like about the gym. Find out what they like about the instructor. If you are getting some good feedback and it falls in line with how you feel, then you might just have found your gym of choice. if the feedback is not good, then take it as a sign that something is wrong.

3) Does the gym look trashy? I am talking about from both the inside and out. Your new gym has to look presentable in every way. If the gym looks like a dump and no one seems to care about its appearance, then you might not want to go to that gym. It's just a thought.

4) One final thing to think about here. Ask about payments and payment plans. Some gyms charge a hefty price, and they do it for a mediocre experience. You should be getting your money's worth on this. Make sure the price of the experience is equal to the experience itself. You also should ask about how the process payment plans. Their replies to this, well, it should give you an indication as to the choice you are making. If you want to know more click this rodney steven.
